Extreme Heat Warning
today through Wednsday heat index of 110 degrees and all I can do is sit in the sunroom and look at the pool. too hot to sit outside. haven't seen heat like this in years. the pool is ready if anyone wants to use it

Yeah, I am in the same heat box as you, except I have been forced to get out and mow because all the dang rain stopped and if I do not mow, I will have to find a farmer to bail hay instead of having a yard, LOL.
Mowed yesterday and again this morning as soon as breakfast is over and the dew dries some from the yard.

@saragoodtimes Yeah, it will be a change. Last summer it was a drought for us in Ohio and the heat was always in the mid to high 90's.

@WillaKissing The boy got up early yesterday and mowed the yard. He was going to do it when he came home the day before but I told him it would not be cooled down enough to do it safely. So humid here after all the rain we’ve had for two weeks. The heat added makes it dangerous.

@cherokeepatti @cherokeepatti It has rained nearly daily here since the end of April, and we have to take advantage hot or not when we can. I just hit 30 minutes in Dew-soaked lawn mowing and re-mowing all with a push mower on steep hills. I am inside re-hydrating before hitting it again. Extreme humidity here too, just do it in portions and rest and re-hydrate is all I can do. No prolonged stupidity mowing.
