I love swimming

It's a great exercise which engages fully mind and body - if you don't focus properly you sink! Even when you are stressed and preoccupied, it helps to clear your mind and it tests parts of the body that other exercise doesn't get to. I haven't been able to do much swimming during the pandemic, but things should be getting better now 馃檪

Once you acquire a natural rhythmic breathing technique, you can swim almost forever!
