I fixed my Omega 3 issue

I found a drinkable one lemon flavoured and I only need a 5ml or a teaspoon dosage every morning after breakfast. I haven't tried it yet but I will take it even if it tastes horrible 馃槄 it's for adults and everything and a little cheaper than the pills.

I take the pills, yes they are not cheap but when it comes to your health I'll pay. Sometimes I do get fish burps though.
