I Have Social Anxiety

It's just one of those things that if you don't have it, you can't really understand it. What could be a simple trip down the street for someone who doesn't have social Anxiety is like the ultimate test for someone who does have social anxiety. Whenever I leave my house, I'm constantly anxious. If I have to talk to someone, I feel like I'm going to die. It's just a horrible shitty thing that no one should ever have to suffer from.

I am right there with ya. Not quite that severe. I do work 3rd shift so I do not have to deal with so many people at work. I also do all of my shopping on my way home. Hardly anyone in the stores, or I do it online. ((((HUGS)))) for you.

Sorry that you are. I had a friend a few years ago that was a total shut in because of his anxiety. He was always a wreck of emotions. I hope your's never becomes like that.
