What do people who add you as a follower expect you to do?

I don't feel like there has been any expectation. Which I guess to some degree does make me wonder why I was even added in the first place. Maybe they liked a post or two I shared and adding me is for the benefit of the algorithm. I don't personally think it assigns any responsibility but I can also see why some people would put more value into it.
