does any of you ever feel self conscious when you're outside
like have self doubt and feel self conscious? i sometimes do...my elderly parents keep telling me there's nothing wrong with the way i look, that, you wouldn't pick me out in a crowd, yet i feel painfully self conscious in public and tend to feel self doubt.
i'm bald, big framed and have an anxiety disorder which makes me feel 'uneasy' in public.
does anyone else ever feel similar or just do you have thoughts on this?
