30 hit me hard. It was entirely psychological though. When I hit 40, I was fine, and feeling good about it. It's all about how embrace, or don't embrace, whatever stage you're at. I do think 30 is a bump that one doesn't look forward to, when we're in our 20's.

I'm 32. Physically and mentally I still feel pretty young.

The day I turned 30 I bought a used motocycle and auburn hair coloring, I don't know what I did wrong because it turned fire engine red, my coworkers at the restaurant I cooked at called me Ronald McDonald 🙄
