How do social people do it?

I’m at a conference of 3500+ people and there’s a party tonight to celebrate the end of it and I went to it and walked around a little and am immediately back at my hotel room because that was way too many people for my asocial self

See it's ingrained into you that you have to socialize and then if you don't there's something wrong with , and then when your socializing your around a table talking a load of shit to socialize.

There's a person at a social event and the social event is brutal and the person asks are you enjoying yourself ? The person says it's about the only thing I'm enjoying 😂😂😂
