The way I see it is with this analogy: everyone at some point has experienced a headache, but not everyone has experienced a migraine.
Many of those who have never had a migraine never know how bad it is, for them, all headaches are the same, aren't that debilitating and require a simple solution.
And because they don't understand the pain of a real migraine they see those who do as exaggerating or not trying hard enough to fix their problems.
Some do come to realise the perspective of the one who is suffering and stuck, but unfortunately there will always be those who never understand or care 馃様
you just gotta do the best you can and roll your eyes at anyone who insists that you're not trying your damn hardest

@PleasurePunch Yeah, that does make it harder...
I've been in similar situations when facing unemployment. everyone just assumed that because I didn't have a job at that point in time was because I wasn't trying, (even tho I was)
And it seemed like the second I got a job then those people suddenly wanted to stop shunning me or making rude comments.
And then there was the people who still belittled me because of the "type" of job I had wasn't anything prestigious
I keep any contact with those people at a minimum lol
