I Have Social Anxiety

So I have to write an email to my teacher, or better yet im not even sure if I should respond! Im just slightly freaking out over here. Over what would be the best thing to do here. Im really confused. The one part of me is saying just don't do it. The other part is like if you don't your teachers gonna hate you for the rest of your puny little life. If you write the e-mail wrong that will get hate too. It would only be like three sentences but ive been staring at my email for like an hour plus now. I don't know why stuff like this takes up so much of my life. 😥

They were sending me a revised rough draft for my japanese class. He said it was only supposed to be seven sentences and mines is a little long. So Im not sure if I should profusely apologize or what but I just decide to ignore it. Writing it gave me to much mental greif
