I Have Social Anxiety

knees weak arms heavy mums spaghetti. No but really, it sucks dealing with social anxiety. I finally decided to go to an online school, and its millions of times better, even the one day a week I go to the building. Almost every single day in public school I would have anxiety attacks, especially when passing period was over or lunch and I had to separate from the only friends I had there. For me, speeches were a very mixed thing. There were some speeches where I felt the most overwhelming anxiety and doom for, but my junior year I partially snapped out of that mindset. I aced a 10 minute speech, the beginning of the speech was awkward, but I just kept talking and I went on auto pilot for the rest of it.

Then learn to ground you.
Your self-worth and self-love are your anchor in life.
Your fear of rejection or been judged has you so gripped.
What counts is how you are being in you.
That is why the silence of meditation, will help you to notice the jibber jabber, that you tell you about you. We all have that inner voice, so you cant stop it, but you can catch you when you get stuck and believe it for the TRUTH of you.
To let go of fear can take a life time, notice it, but don't get hooked into it.
Quote for you:
No one is free who has not obtained the empire of himself. No man is free who cannot command himself.”
― Pythagoras
