I Have Social Anxiety

I feel an improvement in my social anxiety from last year, and this year! If you see a specific person you are afraid of, act like they are manequins. But other than that, focusing is the key! If you focus on your task, and get away of those negative thoughts you have in your head you are making progress. Because I am afraid of being watched by others, I will refocus and walk like I have somewhere important to go to! My own trick is to see threatening people or uncomfortable social situations as a TV situation comedy.
