I Have Social Anxiety

I hate having social anxiety with a passion as I want a relationship and friends but my anxiety gets in the way as I'm scared of the judgement and I'm such an awkward mess fml :(((

did you try therapy? and/or meds?

because I wasn't really able to go outside much without both

@DemonicPersona only thing bad about meds are shitty side effects of some of them.

@Joker That's one of the worst thing about them finding meds that work without crippling side effects

@DemonicPersona I've been on the same one for about ten years.. starting it was pure hell but it got better. I'm now at the max dose and it seems like it has stopped working.

@DemonicPersona I've been in and out of hospital and treatment since I was 12 but thank you for the advice however! I have other issues which don't help my anxiety(I have ASD so always been anxious and have an eating disorder) but thanks!
