I Have Social Anxiety

Sorry that has happened.. you'd think that in this day and age teachers would be aware and not make you do anything you really dont want to.. there should be reasonable adjustments for those who have difficulties with something

breathe and realize that there isnt anything you have to say that will define you no matter what they say or how they react! youre an amazing young lady and youre a fighter and a survivor youll be fine!!

I was about the shyest person you can imagine. Speaking in class was a nightmare. I got over it eventually. Just remember not everything you think could happen will. Most things in life aren't as bad as we thin they will be. Unfortunately most things aren't as great as we think either.

It's never a good idea to tell the truth in school. Tell them what they want to hear.
