If wages had risen as much as profits over the past fifty years, Social Security would be flush with money, the elderly would be housed.

Capitalism and the two parties had other negatives, from wars to ecocide!
But the Americans vote for that and have no desire to talk politics or change a thing.
Do not sympathize.

I think Americans need to buckle up and pull themselves up by their bootstraps and make some sacrifices for the economy. Time to stop subsidizing that ponzi scheme. Americans need to learn to take care of themselves.

@GeistInTheMachine they're working harder and harder for less and less - maybe they'd benefit from even the Idea of a rational planned economy.
