I saw a child begging for food

My heart broke today. I saw a child looking for donations to eat. Nothing in this world breaks me down like a child with any kind of need.

Whatever the reason the family can’t feed their children, does not matter. All I know is that this child was looking for a meal. I can’t grasp this and I’ll toss and turn all night.

My children and grandchildren never were in this situation and for that I am blessed.

I pray for the children. I wish I could do more.

Depending were you are it may be genuine or the usual groups that work it as a scam.
Invariably the child begs and the adults, older family members etc, just take the money from the child that’s begging.
Then get the tube etc home.

@Coldplay I don’t actually carry cash and have not for eons. Not many people I know carry cash.
