Back pain is no joke! My back has gone out like 3 times in my life. The first time I was wiggling my big toe for the cat and just a little *ting* I felt, the next day I could barely move. It's unexplainable how debilitating it is. Crippled for around a month and poof gone.

@TIstillwaitinggsc69 I was getting the Christmas tree out of the attic and I was on the ladder to bring it down when it started to fall backwards on top of me pushing me backwards and made my back bend back quite a ways plus it almost made me fall off the ladder was quite a scary moment my back instantly went sore and has been tender and tight every since it happened

@choppers2244 one of those freak accidents. Just take it easy and heat and ice. Glad it wasn't as bad as it could've been!!!
