It returns when you least expect it

Good morning everyone. Some of you know me some of you just see me around and most don’t know me at all. And that’s fine. But I just want you all to know that coming here lets me Know I’m not alone dealing with these demons. Sometimes without realizing it I take on others troubles as my own. I did this the past week or two. And I woke up this morning finally realizing. The darkness brought it to my attention. So today is starting off rather dark. Even with the meds the darkness comes.
