Bullying or not?

Just this question: if a department head takes away keys from you just before your vacation and doesn't return them... moreover doesn't even mention the request when you need them and keeps absolutely quiet about them... and you were looking around everywhere for them and telling anyone in the department about the apparent loss of the keys... can that be called bullying?

Maybe yeah but people are always losing keys...best to make some extras for your personal stash.

@FloorGenAdm There were extras but I didn't have access to them. Only my boss did. She have me one and the second I'm sharing with the cleaning lady.
Yes, she’s making you the scapegoat in either a cruel game and has the keys. Or she’s lost them himself.

Or she really doesn’t remember and I thinks it you which means she’s losing her marbles and is failing.

@nonsensiclesnail I know. It's a struggle keeping up with her. She even puts me to tasks in which I'm not shown how to do it, and when I ask for her help then she forgets about it and tells me off for not have done the task the week after. That happened only this week.
@val70 she sounds horrible! I’m sorry you have that person as a manager. She’s either terrible at her job or just terrible.

@nonsensiclesnail Like I already said to someone else, I really think that she's been maintained in her job because the politicians want someone that they can manipulated. Or rather she's doing that to them now. Somehow few people believe that she's actually this cruel and terrible at her job.
sounds like you are being harassed by someone who is mentally about 8 yrs old.

@ReptilianFromPlanetCrush She's been on several improvement schemes over the last ten years. First it was the head of HR that checked in with her every fortnight and now it's much loser but they're still monitoring her. I've been to a person of confidence before and he took it straight to the general manager. She still buys these book about work and oversensitive people. I've been working for them for more than thirty years. The only consolation that I have is that her file must grown bigger than mine in the last decade.
