How can I stand up for myself

I'm 35 years old but I've been abused my narcissists before in my life and it's scarred me. I have an innocent look for me and I look very young for my age people try to take advantage of me all time or women try to bully me. Sometimes it's so much I am too stones to speak and I can't speak I go nonverbal I don't know how to speak up can somebody please give me advice on how I can stand up to these people. I kid you not since last week people have been trying to mess with me so bad and they've all been women. I'm just so tired of it what can I do please friends I need some advice.

You work for your own money? Do you have dependents or are you the dependent?

Cause if you want power back, one step is to voice out. But also, give yourself freedom by taking control. That means you have to be responsible for yourself and what and who you like to protect.

The thing is, in this world, we gotta help ourselves.

I'll be 33 in a few days. I felt bullied at work recently. I felt hopeless a bit, but eventually, I couldn't stand it and sent an email to the troublemaker. I received a call and his apology, along with some praises.

So what I'm saying, is sometimes the other person isn't too bad. But you got to teach that person how to treat you. Teach them you're not someone they can trample on. That you can fight and win.

Let your words be few, research key terms online that are used in the situations you're in, realize how their criticism comes from their own shortcomings, not your own. Hoping this helps a little, gradually with dedication, they won't bother you nearly as much as they do now. Be not defined by fear, but as you learn how to verbally defend yourself, find what brings you joy, which will be connected with comprehension. Hoping this helps a little, be patient with yourself, and feed that awareness of how things really are, surrounded by not so bright meanies, who may be in desperate need of what you could teach them, by example, which is being the better person.

It’s really hard to give advice on this other than try to stand up for yourself or put some distance between you and these people. If you do stand up to them, be firm, but as polite as possible, no need to create more drama.
Unfortunately I used to be a bully, and people eventually stood up to me. It scared me enough to stop.

You have to be willing to stand up for yourself. There are no secrets...None of these people are going to do it for you they are going to tell you some bullshit feel good Oprah quotes the theyre going to go back to whatever.
Ad you're going to be back here complaining about the same shit.
If you're ot willing to take the fear and what it takes then that's it. And it would be like that forever.
You can do it but only when youve had enough

@TheHammer I agree but can you give me some examples of what I can do?
A BACKBONE DOES NOT REQUIRE ANYONE’S PERMISSION.

GO PRACTICE…

THE WORD “NO.”

IT IS SURPRISINGLY EFFICIENT.
