Tend to natural remedies, acne is usually a sign that your body is detoxing heavily, so you try lighten your diet, even if it is just a little bit, add more vitamins from natural sources, exercise few times per week, even if it is a brisk walk, meditate your way, maybe it is being in nature or simply looking outside your window in stillness for a few minutes... These things are helping you clear what isn't needed anymore, and if you approach your health with a holistic approach of every direction, clean air, food, clear mind, then acne will too move. You can heal it from the inside rather than trying to cover it from the outside.
Bullying was terrible but now you are seeing it and you have a chance to undo the damage by making new, clear choices and sticking to them. You know a choice isn't a decision we make once, it is something we make every day, until it's hardwired ...:)
I like to be part of your journey and see you evolving 🫠❤

Thankyou so much for this, I’ve been trying medication from the doctors but it’s pretty horrid and doesn’t work that well. I’ll look into your advice.
Thankyou for being nice and helping with this, thanks for not judging. I regret who I was and what I did and it really helps to talk about it on here. 🥺😊@Boeing

you can use clearasil to get ride of it but also drinking lots of water and keeping your hands and face and bedding clean will make it go away too.. some people will break out if they eat greasy things too like fried chicken or peanut butter

That’s pretty messed up, but no one is perfect and we’ve all made mistakes in the past.
But feeling bad about it and regretting it means that you aren’t such a terrible person after all 🙂

Yeah, I know. Tbh I was pretty horrid to lots of people at school, I think I made their lives a nightmare. Things change though and stuff has happened to change how I act. I feel awful about it all now. 🥺🥺🥺@SW-User

Also, keep your hands away from your face and other acne-prone bits.
Not sure why I went full on Scary Movie there, but I'm going to keep rolling with it.
Ya mean?

You can get help from a dermatologist

I’ve had some antibiotics and some kind of cream/oil thing and then some other pills (maybe steroids - but I could be totally wrong about that, they had a long name!) plus usual washing my face etc. Some things work for a while, the oil stuff just made my face shiny it was horrible. @Jenny1234
Why do you wear makeup? It’s probably making it even worse.. do you hydrate well?
Strongtea · 22-25, M
I know it probably makes it worse but I hate it so much, I have to walk around with a red spotty face, it’s embarrassing. I do try to hydrate but I also drink quite a lot of tea in the morning (but switch to water in the afternoon.) @deathfairy
