School bullying

It’s been about 15 years, and I still feel the echoes and wounds — and sometimes a sense of worthlessness, and maybe even guilt about different moments in my life.

If you can see being bullied as a blessing, to use it as an opportunity for personal strength and growth..
Sink or swim
You can survive and come out alive and better.
You can never change the past but whats more important is how you view it..and how you Choose to move forward.

Until you stop feeling sorry for yourself and move on you will be stuck in your high school emotion's for awhile.

@Cigarguy101 it is harsh , why would I use padded gloves for a grown man? I know the trauma I went through being disabled.

Spit on and kicked to the point of bruising on my ribs while unconscious in the halls having seizures. I have a idea yes

Go to professional fighting classes. Trust me it's very very good for that

They have no family or support it's very sad bullying happens rarely in the country and if so it's finished within a week. Because your parents force you to fight the bully if nothing else.
Cigarguy101 · 41-45, M
@WowwGirl my parents didn't force me to fight bullies. They didn't care that I was being bullied.
And trust me country kids bullies each other just as much as any other kid.
WowwGirl · 36-40, F
@Cigarguy101 we are pushed to fight and not told it's okay being weak or a victim. I will punish my daughter if she allows someone to treat her like that over and over
