Do you wish death on old bullies?

They made my life a living hell. They always victim blaming. Like asking me why I didn't leave sooner. It is dangerous to leave abusers plus police did nothing when I report him for hitting me. I guess police are abusive themselves.

I wouldn't call this bullies but lack of mental health awareness. The psychological manipulation behind domestic violence is something few people can grasp unless they've been there themselves or have a deep insight into psychology.

To most people, they think since you're not physically restrained, you can walk out the door.

It's logic due to their knowledge. But I agree it's incredibly invalidating and victim blaming even if that's not the intention.
