@Peaceandnamaste I've had a result from my report. It now says this in Ferise1's profile:

This user has been warned due to multiple violations of our Terms of Service.
Reason: Bullying or encouraging self-harm
Reason: Harassing or insulting other users

I'm glad they've dealt with this one fairly quickly. I'm not going to block him myself, I'll report him again if he posts anything like that again.
