have you ever suffered bullying

i have a few times in my youth, i was picked on because i was a shy sedate youth who wasn't used to encountering ruffians, it had quite an effect on me and even now i remember the bullying...and when i remember, i feel angry because i was innocent back then.

anyone got any advice or been through similar?

@GeistInTheMachine good for you, unfortunately i was often outnumbered, so harder to fight back.
