I came in for work today just to find my bully chattering incessantly with my ex-friend (who started creating distance from me when my bully started to befriend her). They both paused to look at me then resumed their conversation. I didn't say hi....

If anyone in a senior position shouts never shout back and say calmly "okay, but don't talk to me like that?:

When you go home say goodnight to everybody politely and think about the positives for yourself
