That is a sure given.
That's why we each build our own sense of Worth. Self worth is the gift we give to ourselves. Then when the behavior of others is upsetting, we are secure in who we are.
We do know that the insecure will bully, they get you, before you can get them. Know they are weak ones, they get a false sense of strength.
Then how long we stay been a victim is up to each one of us, you let their insult fall of you, when you mull over the event, then you keep it going on in you.
The life tool of forgiveness helps, not to chain us to them. When we bitch about them, we perpetuate the body pain, our body is under attack, as the body thinks it is happening right now.
Let go......else you carry this baggage with you.
