I Was Bullied

I was a small kid with dyslexia in a severe case of ADHD and because of that I was in a learning disability class my whole life. I hated being labeled as stupid by kids so when I heard it I ended up fighting a lot and because of that I ended up getting labeled crazy. and because of that i was scard to let anyone know I was gay. These days I do anything I can to help anyone.

That's pretty crappy, I know it still goes in school. The teachers don't care. I'm 56 and back when I was in school they didn't care then either, it doesn't seem like the was in progress. You have to fight or get whipped yourself. Alot of bullies do it so they feel like big shots, because alot of times they are being bullied and I guess they feel better afterwards. I had dyslexia to. It wasn't easy. You look like you conquered it well. Labels are not there forever, if they was I would be covered up. It takes time for people to see the labels don't fit. I am sorry you went through it. I think one day they will say. You remember we use to call him this or that. Why did we call him that. They won't remember because we all change.

I realize now a lot of bullies are getting bullied at home so I don't feel so bad now. Not that it helped back then.

We can be so cruel.. I am sorry you went through this and your reactions were understandable. I hope you can brush it off. Cruel people get their karma like lightning.
