If I’ve learned anything it’s that men like all kinds of bodies, not just the skinny ones. but more importantly, fuck men’s approval. do things because it’s what you want and what makes you feel good.

Don't go on that poison. Just eat healthy and exercise. It doesn't even matter if you lose weight as an effect of that or not. What matters is you would be taking care of yourself. And trust me it isn't all about the appearance. Much of it is personality. Someone positive who takes care of themselves and is happy is what's attractive.
Nightwings · F
@Magicianzini Exactly! Same goes for men too, it's not all about looks (or money) it's about how it makes you feel to be around the person! Looks are most important for one night stands and even then personality still does a lot.

I don't think all men prefer size two women. I don't.
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@TheHammer That's funny because they always lust over them

@IAmNothing
I have been with a few of all sizes. When I met my wife, she was a big girl. And stayed married to her for 20 years. And she never got small. She had hormonal issues. Her size never meant anything to me. Not once.

Can I introduce you to Mr. Patel? He won't care how big your butt is or how much of a load you are carrying.

I'm offering to introduce Mr. Patel to someone who refers to herself as "IAMNothing" and who expresses being in despair because no one "wants her." Well, I can confirm with assurance Mr. Patel is a man, a bit overweight himself, but not obnoxiously so, who is looking for someone... a companion perhaps to share a cup a coffee, maybe a visit to his homeland on his expense account, perhaps leading to more. So, yeah... excuse me for being a dick for taking an interest in someone else without brushing off her concerns as possible "hormonal issues."
I still think she and Mr. Patel could, at the very least, become friends. Would that be so bad? Of course, it is up to her if she wants that introduction, but the offer still stands.

most people aren't a size two besides there's more to life than size so that's not really the issue.. but if you wanted to trim up there are ways to slim down without taking drugs.. walking or working out and changing your diet to healthier food and drinks and eating reasonable amounts of good food instead of over indulging in high fat junk foods
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@GoFish It's true I was on a ton of different asthma meds when I was growing up and they made me gain loads of weight no matter how active I was. I was a very active kid
GoFish ·
@IAmNothing i was skinny when i was a kid i was in all sorts of activities but i quit to become religious and gained a lot of weight.. i quit being overly religious but was no longer active in sports and activities so had weight struggles ever since but lately am just accepting that i'm a larger person and stop trying to be the twig i was as a kid you know? just let go of the idea and accept reality .. besides i know a number of overly large girls/women who still found love and got married so that's not even an issue you should worry about .. personality is what matters in the end .. bemoaning one's figure is not a good vibe because it's a negative concept and therefore unhappy .. some people actually like larger women even
Mindful · 56-60, F
@IAmNothing these health issues are more than a handful!!!! And may also be contributing to your negative self perception. I hope you are opening up to your doctor about how you feel about your self worth. I needed my husband to tell me to stop thinking negatively about my life before I was able to begin to stop being self deprecating. I'm still working on that. I know you feel as if you are "nothing" (username) but I hope you will begin to allow yourself to believe you are just as valueable as anyone else. I am not a size two, but I am in a committed relationship of 12 years now.

What does ozempic do?
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@HumanEarth Make you thin
Birdbox1986 · 36-40, F
@HumanEarth it suppresses the appetite I’m on it for my type 2 diabetes I get a discount on it because of my diabetes
Nightwings · F
Huh what's ozempic?
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@BlueVeins Yeah but I wear a size 18/2xl it's meant for people my size
BlueVeins · 26-30
@IAmNothing How many men have you asked out this year?
BlueVeins · 26-30
@IAmNothing Or even approached
HijabaDabbaDoo · F
As someone with body dysmorphia I totally get how being complimented doesn't mean shit and there's no overnight fix but one thing I know about men is they're basically into everything and anything. Don't limit or punish yourself with your thoughts.
IAmNothing · 31-35, F
@HijabaDabbaDoo Doubtful men always want a certain type but end up settling until they can get it
Younameit · F
@IAmNothing I know men who explicitly like women of bigger sizes. But what they think of you doesn’t really matter, what matters is how you feel about yourself.
Musicman · 61-69, M
I'm on Ozempic because I am pre diabetic. It kicks butt on keeping my blood sugar inline. I can tell you that after two years of using it that it won't make you thin. It will crush your appetite, but if you eat the wrong stuff you will still gain weight. I highly suggest taking a class on healthy eating. My health insurance company runs them a few times a year for free. Exercise is a must too. Once you lose your weight you have to know how to keep it off.
Ahhh….. you’re back. Seven years of this and absolutely nothing’s changed. I feel very sad for you wasting this precious time given here on earth. Obviously anything anyone says will fall on deaf ears as your outlook is encased in concrete so I shall take my leave and wish you the best.

@TheHammer No, I would not. I think being shallow and racist is for stupid people.
