The pain you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming. Romans 8:18

There are seasons in life when the pain feels louder than anything else. It lingers in the quiet moments, presses in during the night, and shows up uninvited in the middle of ordinary days. In those times, it can feel as though the weight of what you’ve endured is all there is—and all there ever will be.

But God speaks a different truth.

In Romans 8:18, we are reminded that our present sufferings are not even worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed to us. That doesn’t minimize the pain—it puts it into perspective. God sees every tear, every moment of endurance, every silent cry that no one else heard. None of it is wasted. None of it is unseen.

What you are walking through now, is not the end of your story.

There is a joy coming that will not just replace the pain—but will far outweigh it. A joy that heals what was broken. A joy that restores what was lost. A joy that reaches deeper than the pain ever could.

Here lies a quiet, steady truth... joy is not just something waiting for you in the distant future. Even now, in small and sacred ways, God begins to weave it into your life—through peace that doesn’t make sense, strength you didn’t know you had, and hope that refuses to let go.

So if today feels heavy, hold on. Not because the pain isn’t real—but because it isn’t final.

God is still writing.
Healing is still unfolding.
Joy is still coming.

"Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world." 1 John 4:4

This Bible verse assures believers that the Spirit of God dwelling within them is more powerful than any evil, adversary, or influence in the world. It serves as a message of encouragement, enabling overcoming of fear and worldly opposition.

Lord, You see the pain we carry—the parts we can explain and the parts we can’t. Help us to trust and see that this is not where our story ends. Strengthen our heart when we feel weary, and remind us that You are greater than anything we shall face. Teach us to hold onto hope, even in the waiting. Amen.

God will never leave us nor forsake us. He is with us even to the end of the world. Matthew 28:20
