I feel I've destroyed more in my life then i can fix..

And it's hurting me in every way when i just want to live. Yet it feels like all i can do is writhe and perservere, moving forward all the while carrying an unfathomable weight. Is this the lesson of life? Or is it just something I've yet to see and come to terms with?

Can you rebuild any of what you've torn down?
Can you make amends anywhere?
Do what you can.
There'll be times you can't and that's when you have to accept that is not possible and it is a lesson a very hard one.
It's not wasted if you learn.
