Does anyone else suffer from winter depression?

I didn't realize I was until I was talking about it with a friend today. I just know that lately I've felt edgy and dissatisfied with everything. Sitting here with the wind howling outside I don't even want leave my apartment

Indoor plants can be an answer. They change each day, especially bulbs.

Try to maximise daylight hours. Get up at dawn.

A walk when it is sunny.

Coffee with friends. A concert maybe.

@sundazzled In England dawn is still after seven. But it is dark by five.

Spain is much later. Dawn at eight in the morning. Now light until seven pm.
