You're Going to Be Okay
When you stop rushing through life, start loving yourself, and take it one day at a time, you'll start feeling better. Not only that, you'll start healing.
When you stop beating yourself up over every little mistake, you'll find freedom. God isn't keeping score. That is, he's not in heaven waiting for you to slip up so he can beat you over the head with your every sin.
He's concerned about your heart and the hurt from those things which you haven't made time to deal with yet. When you're upset, he feels your heart's burdens just as much as you do. Compassion swells in his heart with longing to help and heal you.
You thought he didn't see your tears today, didn't you? But he's been beside you, all along. Not only that. He felt every teardrop that fell from your eyes. He saw every last one of your tears. Each tear you cry is so precious to him, he lovingly preserves them in a jar with your name on it! That's how much he loves you.

Further, God truly treasures you. He knitted you together in your mother's womb, so why wouldn't he love you?
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." Psalm 139:13-14
He wanted you, and so he made you. When he looks at you, he's not looking at your faults. Instead, his heart swells up with so much love, it overflows from the depths of his heart. So don't ever think you're unloved or alone in this world. No. He watches over you, day and night; just as a mother keeps watch over her precious newborn. Or, like the eagle shelters her young, under her wings. Pure love.
"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings, you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." Psalm 91:4
Beloved, God truly wants you to know that when he looks at you, he sees and feels nothing but love. The truth is, he's not keeping track of your every mistake. He's keeping watch over your steps, wanting to do nothing but love and protect you. You may not realize it, but he always has your best interest at heart. You are his beloved. He declares it! The enemy thought he had you, but Jesus said, "You are mine."

His mercies are new every morning; his grace, always abiding. Great is his faithfulness unto you, whether you accept him or not, confirmed in Lamentations 3:23. He made you because he loves you. You are at the very center of his heart. God knows you and loves you unconditionally. He knows his sheep, and they know him. It is an intimate and personal relationship between God and his followers. John 10:27-28
Fight your battles through PRAYER; win your battles through FAITH. You are not alone. Jesus is truly there!
If you can't find the words, here's a short prayer you might say, but only if you feel led.
"Dear Heavenly Father,
Every morning I wake up, I'm blessed. No matter how much drama is in my life or how much pain my body may be in, I know in my heart that you are here and watching over me... loving me. Thank you for that. You are truly my heart. I give thanks to You, in and for, all things. Mostly for your great sacrifice on the cross, unconditional love for me, and grace that saved me from my sins. Give us strength, as we face each day, and thank you for your abiding presence and love. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen."
