Im not going to work today

Pretty sure i have bursitis.
Its been playing up for weeks and i definitely slept on it wrong.

So it's going to be a one armed day 😒

Brushing my hair and teeth felt awful using the "wrong" hand.

I cant put my hair up .

Putting on underpants was like playing Twister.

Now im exhausted😅

You might want to try some Aspercream with Lidocain.

I wasn't much of a believer in those roll on external pain relievers but I got desperate and tried some of that Aspercream and damned if it didn't work.
It actually worked really well for my lower back pain.

Ok. Sorry that took so long. This is what Amazon has.

It works really well on lower back pain so I would imagine you could get some relief from your Bursitis.

Since that is the source of pain I figured it may work for you.
I know it worked on my back and it was fast too.
