Im not going to work today

Pretty sure i have bursitis.
Its been playing up for weeks and i definitely slept on it wrong.

So it's going to be a one armed day 😒

Brushing my hair and teeth felt awful using the "wrong" hand.

I cant put my hair up .

Putting on underpants was like playing Twister.

Now im exhausted😅

I once had a pinched nerve in my shoulder...climbing in thru the bathroom window..really

Hurt like hell..couldn't raise my arm😭 I always thought that was a thing baseball players iced and played the next day..but but four years later a woman I was dating punched it,playfully🙄 and 🙀 I yelped!
