Im not going to work today

Pretty sure i have bursitis.
Its been playing up for weeks and i definitely slept on it wrong.

So it's going to be a one armed day 😒

Brushing my hair and teeth felt awful using the "wrong" hand.

I cant put my hair up .

Putting on underpants was like playing Twister.

Now im exhausted😅

@Bexsy it really hasnt been too bad. Just a twinge now and then ....and that reminds me to back off a bit.

I think the couple of drinks i had yesterday was a bad idea🫤

It numbed me a little and made me sleep heavier than usual.
Just too long laying on it🤷‍♀

I had hoped to nurse it till the end of term. This is the last term for the year....and then summer holidays 💪
