Im not going to work today

Pretty sure i have bursitis.
Its been playing up for weeks and i definitely slept on it wrong.

So it's going to be a one armed day 😒

Brushing my hair and teeth felt awful using the "wrong" hand.

I cant put my hair up .

Putting on underpants was like playing Twister.

Now im exhausted😅

Bursa are little fluid filled sacs in some joints, especially rotating ones. (Hips, shoulders, knee etc)

When they get inflamed they swell up and make the joint painful to use.

You've prolly experienced it sometime in your life considering how busy your life has been.
