I just took a call and someone was ending the call with a “thank you”

and I tried to say “you’re welcome” and “ no problem” at the same time and said “your problem” and then I panicked and hung up on him 😭
and he’s stopping by in an hour

Well, it’s done. I think they’d know based on how the conversation prior to that went. One misplaced word won’t spoil it all if the other side has some level of emotional maturity.
