Tell me if I'm wrong but if a buyer is having a problem with the Yodel website and the tracking number for something they bought from me, how is that my problem? I've sent the item, that's all I can do.

Yeah, I get you. It’ll all be alright once it arrives, it’s pretty stressful for both parties at the time though.
