I haven’t quite felt like myself lately.
Not in a dramatic way—just a quiet kind of off. A little more distant, a little more tired, a little less me than I’m used to being.
But I’m starting to see it for what it is: a season. A slower, quieter season that’s asking me to pause, reflect, and take better care of myself. It’s reminding me that growth doesn’t always look like progress—it sometimes looks like rest, reset, and rebuilding.
I know I won’t feel this way forever. Bit by bit, I’m finding my way back—through small joys, intentional moments, and the grace to not have it all together.
If you’re in a similar place, just know it’s okay to not feel like yourself for a little while. The light comes back. So do we.
