I struggle with sharing my inner thoughts with others.

I need to get in the habit of sharing. Just that every time I think I want to, I stop myself and I'm not sure why. It's incredibly isolating. At a time when I need support the most.

Hoping being here on SW will help.

I believe you stop yourself because I believe it is your body's way of being naturally cautious or it should be. You know deep down that's very risky. I have to go with Justmeraeagain on this subject. Read my reply to her. If you disagree, that's okay, but as you get older or are older, you'll see that doesn't work so good. This day and age is a lot different than former years. You can open yourself up to a lot of things you might wish you hadn't.
