I feel I am not good enough

I am a doctor and I make massive efforts to help others though I feel that whatever I do is not enough..
Have you ever felt the same way ?

Unfortunately I believe most of us good ones do. Please don't get discouraged! If there are enough of us pushing in the right direction some things will have to change.
