I needed that reminder. Their attention doesn’t define me, my light isn't dim just because they choose not to look.

Yeah… and that’s the part that stings. I show up real, soft, and steady but somehow that’s not what they’re drawn to. It makes me wonder if being genuine even matters when people chase the noise instead of the truth. But I can’t keep dimming just because they can’t see me.
