Maybe work on changing your mindset first?

Im going to be really honest , as someone who struggled with mental health as an teenager and got their teen years stolen from them due to that and physical ilness , Im going to say you really do need an therapist , this isnt to cause offence. I spent nearly all my teen years in therapy , I spent some of my adulthood in therapy too. Because of that ; , I could go to college , work , do hobbies , do sports , have an healthy relationship , travel and have friends. An therapist cant save you , they are there to help you save yourself. Your posts are very unhealthy , so is how you treat yourself. Im saying this because I care and want you to find happiness , nobody online is an therapist or can help you , you need to take responsiblity and get help for yourself. Theres nothing wrong with venting , just not to the point you are using it instead of getting actual mental health treatment.

I had the same trouble around your age. Idk what it is, but I had everything going for me. I was a keeper and no one wanted to date and if they dated they didn’t commit. Was not like in my 20s. Dates when I did have them were VERY weird. Don’t settle though whatever you do.
