First of all no the first girl is far too skinny and doesn't look good at all. Second, in order to lose weight you should focus more on what you're eating and how much you're eating. Dont stop going to the gym but focus more on diet than anything else. You can do it!

By doing that, you are telling your body that food is scarce and sending it into survival mode.
You need to eat but use non-processed foods.
Bulk up the amounts with soups and salads, but no sugar drinks (not even "diet")...

@IAmNothing And there is a reason supermodels always drink water (besides hydration under the lights and how it helps the skin & flushing toxins).

You need MEAT, or at the very minimum a protien drink.
Living off such nutrient weak foods isn't helping your insides be healthy.
Imagine your body is a machine with all these working parts that need fuel and oil and antifreeze and lubricant to work properly.
If you dont supply all that your machine will stop working properly. Its chunk along, but not very well.
You need a shitload of nutients for your gut and brain and your micrbiome to fuel all your systems to work FOR you, to do what they are meant to. You need protein, amino acids, fats, vitamins, peptides blah blah blah.
Stop thinking in calories and start thinking in nutrients.
Bread is a waste of calories.
People think its all 'calories in vs calories out'. Its not. Its about fueling your body so it works better, burns energy better.
