Is it possible that you're gaining weight because you're gaining muscle? Working out isn't a very efficient way to lose weight for most people; you're probably better off focusing on your diet and stuff.

@IAmNothing That's... very unhealthy and also not effective. You need to eat healthy, fibrous foods if you want to lose weight. Brown rice, beans, chicken, fruits, green vegetables, all that stuff. You're only hurting yourself if you're cutting calories to the extreme.
