Ringing in ear

Anyone else suffer from ringing in one or both ears? Mine is my right ear and is driving me crazy.

@FoxyGoddess Self implied cure that takes only a second. Just compress both ears with cupped hands. Releases biospheric pressure build up. May work, but if not, no harm done.
