what should i do when it goes really quiet at night

and i feel really alone and long for company? - ive lived alone 20 years now, i have no friends anymore, i know no one...my only support are my elderly mum and dad who live far away...and it goes really quiet here at night, as silent as the grave...and i feel very lonely and wish i had a nice woman in my life..

Hey, this is so spooky, but I just had a similar experience tonight. People get married and have families so that they have fuller, busy lives that tires them and they fall asleep. I end up drinking... which I do not want to do anymore...
Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I am going to try to exhaust myself so hopefully less of such nights.
