what should i do when it goes really quiet at night

and i feel really alone and long for company? - ive lived alone 20 years now, i have no friends anymore, i know no one...my only support are my elderly mum and dad who live far away...and it goes really quiet here at night, as silent as the grave...and i feel very lonely and wish i had a nice woman in my life..

If you go to bed early its easier to not get caught up in the quiet lonely darkness of night. 🌌 Maybe even helping to wake early, more refreshed and more productive. 🤷‍♀
I really enjoy using Alexia to play rain sounds/wave sounds all night. It acts like a white noise. But running a fan, or radio, TV, youtube, etc on low volume might help.👂🙏💕
