Don't go to the gym, walk laps that's how i used to be 102 lbs 😳 or i guess you can use the treadmill at the gym or whatever they have there 😏 what kinda workouts are you doing there anyway?

@YoMomma There's something wrong with my left shoulder muscle currently I think it's either a small tear or some muscle knots. It just feels weird so I've been skipping arms so it can heal up. I've been doing the treadmill and leg and ab weight machines.
